Install a program to send an alert if any program is in error status

Disabling old users
Help configre PC's to access AS/400 - iSeries
Configure PC printers to work with AS/400
Apply PTF's
Assist with data transfers
Automate processes
Researching and fixing system problems

Though rare, if my time exceeds 6 hours / month, I will let you
know that any additional time is billable at $65.00 / hour
(you get 6 hours of support for the price of 5 hours)
